Bookings and stays: for the duration of the contractual relationship and the legally required retention periods (e.g., tax regulations, up to 6 years).
Enquiries and forms: for 24 months or as long as necessary to respond to the request.
Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or a request to unsubscribe is received.
Technical or browsing data: as indicated in the Cookie Policy or according to the user’s browser settings.
We may share personal data when necessary to provide the service, ensure its proper execution or comply with legal obligations. In all cases, the data shared is strictly limited and subject to confidentiality and security guarantees.
External booking engine: WuBook S.r.l.

WuBook acts as a data processor by managing availability, bookings and confirmations made through the external link wubook.net.
Its servers are located within the European Union and comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), ensuring the protection of processed data.
Payment gateway and/or financial institutions responsible for securely processing payments. Amaranta does not store full card details.
Web hosting and technical support services responsible for maintaining and securing the website amarantastays.com.
Communication and marketing tools used to send booking confirmations, transactional emails and newsletters.
Tax, accounting and labour advisory services for compliance with legal and fiscal obligations.
Public administrations, competent authorities and law enforcement agencies when required by law or judicial request.
All providers accessing personal data do so as data processors, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, following the instructions of Asonipse Bedrooms SL and guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of the information.
WuBook S.r.l. provides its services from Italy, a Member State of the European Union, therefore it does not constitute an international data transfer.
If other providers offer services from outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Amaranta will ensure that appropriate safeguards exist (adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
